Project brief
ScriptHero is a pharmacy marketplace -- helping patients compare prices for prescriptions at nearly any pharmacy in the country so they can shop to find the best price before they go. With our first user experience out in the wild, I took on the task of documenting six individual experiences through a diary study.
My role
I conducted ScriptHero’s first ever diary study independently. With each of our participants, I conducted a pre-study brief, collected their diary data, and facilitated post-study interviews. These findings were presented at ScriptHero’s monthly Open House meeting and resulted in helping our experience teams define their OKRs.
